The Shea award, equeathed by Henry
Shea of NY, is presented to the ALPCAn's display voted "Best of Show".
The membership is invited to vote on a display which they feel is the best
in the building. The winner receives a first place style award and
his name is engraved on a trophy which he gets to keep for a year.
Unfortunately I don't know the recipient here, or what his display
was about - I would be grateful for anyone
who could provide me with that info. I'm not sure how I would get that trophy home on my motorcycle if I was so fortunate enough to win this award! |
