This couple from Miami is originally from Cuba.  They had a very interesting array of Cuba
plates, mostly pre-Castro, and I can assure you they weren't priced in soggy Cuban Pesos
either.  No, stiff American dollars.  Cuban plates are very difficult to obtain because the country is
off-limits to all but the most enterprising Americans.
