1998 - date

Date stickers are affixed to rear plate only.

Lily sticker which goes on front plate.

In 1991 the month and year were combined into a single sticker. A green on white sticker was placed in the lower left to indicate the vehicle type (PV = Passenger Vehicle).  This covered up the month sticker which was no longer needed.  Later, the designation 'PV' was screened into the plate and covered up with a sticker for non-passenger types as appropriate.

In 1997 a small green on white numbered sticker was added to indicate the day of the month of expiry.

Front stickers were no longer required when the new slogan plate was issued.  Motorists were given stickers with a picture of a lily to cover up any expired stickers on the front.
