Staggered registration began
with stickers that expired in March, 1980. Large easy to read stickers
were used. A special red white and blue sticker was issued for Expo
86.

1986-date

In 1996 the original stickers
were black and white but it was found they could be reproduced easily with
a photocopier. Later in the year, for November and December, they
were made pink on white.
In 1994 a small additional
black and white sticker indicating the day of the month of expiry was added
above the flag graphic.
