has issued plates in pairs with a sticker for the rear plate only.
Since 1995 there has been a single plate only. |

There was no '77 dated sticker
since one expiring in March of 1978 was issued instead. Stickers
expiring in March of the following year were issued until 1984. Then an
interim sticker expiring Jun 30, 1984 was issued to keep these plates valid
until the following graphic plates became available. The 1983 stickers
were made of foil and did not hold up well.
